Panathlon Membership
Panathlon Membership Rights
After registration for the Panathlon Games and payment of the entry fee, your institution is granted the status of Panathlon Club of a University according the regulations of Panathlon International, offering immediate membership for your institution and the accredited persons of your delegation to Panathlon International and its university platform, the PCU Committee. The entry fee for the Panathlon Games already includes the Panathlon International membership fee of 100 € for the first membership year for your institution and the accredited persons of your delegation.
√ Individual and team participation access to the Panathlon World Interuniversity Club Games.
√ Individual and Club access to all Panathlon Initiatives (Panathlon Pan-American Congress, Flambeau d'Or Festival ...).
√ Frequent individual stationary and interactive communication about all Panathlon initiatives (incl. 3 Panathlon Magazines).
√ Use of the logos of Panathlon International and the PCU Committee (incl. denomination Panathlon Club).
√ Support of the Panathlon International Secretariat General and its network within the Olympic Movement for all initiatives.
√ Mandate per Club in the Panathlon General Assembly organized each 2 years in another city.
√ Mandate per Club in the PCU Committee General Assembly organized each year during the Panathlon Games.
√ Each member of the Club obtains the statuts of Panathlete, implying membership of an IOC recognized Association.
Panathlon Membership Modalities
After your registration for the Panathlon Games, the PCU Committee Secretariat will inform you about the Panathlon membership modalities. In general a Panathlon Club of a University agrees with the Statutes and Regulations of Panathlon International, which can be summarized as the aim to achieve the sporting ideal and the establishment of its cultural and moral values as means towards the development and advancement of the individual and solidarity between men and people.
