Future
The Establishment Assembly decided on 12 October in the Amsterdam Olympic Stadium to organize the 2013 Panathlon Games in Antwerp, Belgium. The City of Antwerp and the University of Antwerp joined forces to ensure a hosting platform in accordance with the requests of the PCU Committee and within the framework of Antwerp European Capital of Sport 2013. For 2014 and 2015 three candidates are composing a hosting request.
History
The PCU Committee integrated, after a complete reorganization towards a Panathlon environment, the former IFIUS Games. On an associative level, IFIUS was disbanded but the network and experience of the former organization are considered as an added value for the Panathlon Games.
