Accreditation Belgrade 2012

Accreditation

Each team receives a Team Information Sheet which needs to be forwarded to the PCU Committee 2 weeks before the start of the Panathlon Games. During the accreditation on Monday 8 October each team hands over the Original Team Information Sheet signed and stamped by the university/college/polytechnic administration, including the names of all players and officials. Players have to be students of the institution in the 2012-2013 academic year or the 2011-2012 academic year. Upon receipt of the orginal Team Information Sheet each team receives the Accreditation Cards and a Passport Photo is attached on each Accreditation Card. Each delegation member needs to be in possession of an Accreditation Card to access the competitions and ceremonies.

Technical Meeting

The IACC verifies each Accreditation Card and a personalized Technical Meeting with the team representative and the IACC member is organized. IACC means Panathlon International Arbitration and Control Commission (more information on the IACC is specified on the Laws of the Games pages of this webiste).

PCU Committee General Assembly

Each institution will be asked during the accreditation to appoint 2 persons representing the institution (which received the status of Panathlon Club after registration for the Panathlon Games and payment of the entry fee) during the General Assembly on Wednesday 10 October 2012.
